Educators: Recognising and responding to grooming
About this module
This module will provide primary and secondary educators and staff with a greater understanding of motivations for offending behaviours, how a child might be targeted, online and offline grooming behaviours, effective responses and how to protect children from harm.
Information on reportable conduct schemes for relevant states are also provided.
This course is estimated to take 1 hour to complete

- What is sexual offending
- Offending behaviour and motivation and victim selection
- Online grooming
- Grooming legislation and reporting requirements
